Job Summary
The Assistant Manager, of SEO, will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies, utilizing advanced tools, and driving organic traffic growth. This role requires expertise in technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, and AI-driven content tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Perform SEO audits using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Optimize website structure, meta tags, content, and images for on-page SEO.
- Implement and manage off-page SEO strategies, including link-building, guest posting, and outreach campaigns.
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and DeepAI for content creation and optimization.
- Create and execute content marketing strategies, focusing on SEO-friendly blogs and product pages.
- Analyze competitor strategies using tools like Ahrefs, SpyFu, and SEMrush, and develop counter-strategies.
- Monitor and improve website performance using tools like Google PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, and Lighthouse.
- Track and report SEO performance, including rankings, traffic, and conversions.
- Collaborate with content creators and developers to implement SEO recommendations.
Required Skills & Experiences
Technical SEO
- Expertise in site structure optimization and resolving crawling/indexing issues.
- Knowledge of schema markup and mobile-first indexing.
On-Page SEO
- Proficiency in tools like Yoast SEO, Rank Math, and Surfer SEO.
- Strong understanding of keyword placement, meta tag optimization, and content readability.
Off-Page SEO
- Proven experience in link-building strategies and managing harmful backlinks.
- Proficiency in tools like BuzzStream, Pitchbox, and Hunter.io.
Content Marketing
- Skilled in creating SEO-focused content using tools like Grammarly and Canva.
- Experience with AI-powered content tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, and DeepAI.
Analytics & Reporting
- Ability to analyze traffic data and user behavior to improve SEO strategies.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Ahrefs Rank Tracker, and SEMrush Position Tracking.
E-Commerce SEO (Optional)
- Experience optimizing product pages and implementing SEO strategies for platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.

Salary Range
30k – 40k BDT (depending on experience and skills).
