About the Role
Octidev is seeking a talented and results-driven Manager, Digital Marketing to lead our online marketing initiatives. This role demands an experienced professional adept at handling SEO, SEM, social media campaigns, email marketing, and analytics. The ideal candidate will be innovative, strategic, and passionate about driving measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development & Implementation:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, SMM, and email marketing.
- Oversee and optimize eCommerce marketing campaigns for platforms like Shopify.
- Campaign Management:
- Design and execute paid campaigns using platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Manage social media content strategies and advertising on platforms like TikTok, Twitter, and Instagram.
- SEO & SEM:
- Conduct keyword research using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Ubersuggest.
- Perform technical SEO audits, on-page optimization, and link-building activities.
- Email Marketing:
- Manage email campaigns through tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, and ActiveCampaign.
- Create, test, and optimize responsive email templates using tools like Stripo.email.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track performance metrics using Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Adobe Analytics.
- Prepare monthly reports on campaign performance and suggest actionable insights.
- Collaboration & Integration:
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing campaigns with CRM tools like HubSpot.
- Automate workflows using Zapier and other tools.
- Content Marketing & Personalization:
- Leverage tools like ChatGPT, BuzzSumo, and Grammarly to create engaging content.
- Use AI-driven tools to personalize campaigns and enhance user experience.
Required Skills and Tools
- Social Media Marketing (SMM): Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Canva/Crello.
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, SEMrush, Ahrefs, SpyFu.
- SEO Tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, Screaming Frog, Ubersuggest, Rank Math/Yoast SEO.
- Content Marketing & AI: ChatGPT, BuzzSumo, Grammarly, Surfer SEO, Copilot.
- Web Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Hotjar, Crazy Egg.
- Email Marketing Tools: Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot Email Marketing, ActiveCampaign, Stripo.email.
- Ad Tracking & Automation: Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, Zapier.
Required Experience
- SEO & SEM Expertise:
- Advanced knowledge of keyword research, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and display campaigns.
- Campaign Optimization:
- Proven ability to run A/B tests and optimize ad campaigns for better performance.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Competency in tracking ROI and creating performance reports using Google Analytics, Litmus, and other tools.
- Content Creation:
- Strong understanding of content marketing principles and AI-powered tools.
- Integration Skills:
- Experience integrating campaigns with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Salary Range
30k – 45k BDT (depending on experience and skills).
